PRESS RELEASE

NetJets and the NetJets Pilots Union build on success of 2007 Collective Bargaining Agreement
NetJets Aviation and NetJets International to be recognized as single transportation system

WOODBRIDGE
, NJ (September 19, 2008) – NetJets has notified the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots (NJASAP) of its decision to voluntarily recognize NetJets Aviation (NJA) and NetJets International (NJI) as a single transportation system for purposes of collective bargaining under the Railway Labor Act. Accordingly, the Company will begin to integrate all NJA, NJI and NetJets Large Aircraft pilots into a consolidated system-wide seniority list in accordance with a 2007 letter of agreement between the Company and NJASAP. NJA and NJI will continue to operate as separate companies, and terms of the NJA/NJLA pilot collective bargaining agreement will become effective at NJI on or before Nov. 21, 2010.

The Company will take the same steps with respect to its flight attendants if a similar letter of agreement, reached earlier this week between NJA and the Teamsters Local 284, the flight attendants’ collective bargaining representative, is ratified by the NJA flight attendants.

Captain Bill Olsen, a NetJets pilot and a former President of the NJA pilots’ union, has been named to lead the integration process. The integration team will include Olsen, NJI President Bill Noe, NJA President James Christiansen, and NJA Vice President, Labor & Employee Relations Mike Maratto. Olsen will report directly to NetJets Inc. Chairman and CEO Richard T. Santulli.

“At NetJets, we take great pride in our commitment to work together with our unions to provide our owners with the best possible safety and service,” Santulli said. “I am proud of the great work accomplished by all of our operating companies and welcome this next chapter in our history. I especially appreciate Bill Olsen’s willingness to lead this integration process for our company. Bill Olsen, Bill Noe, and Jim Christiansen share an intimate understanding of the issues and will be strong leaders during this integration process. They will have equal voices representing all perspectives and companies, ensuring this will be a friendly and fair integration that represents the interests of all members of the NetJets family.”

"The Company's decision to work with NJASAP as it integrates its NJA and NJI operations into a single-carrier transportation system is reflective of its commitment to and respect for a strong labor-management partnership," NJASAP President Capt. Dennis Cotton said. "We are looking forward to what will certainly prove to be a synergistic process that will serve as an example for the industry of what can be accomplished when both sides share common goals and collectively seek growth opportunities that benefit all stakeholders within an organization."

Today’s announcement follows the Union’s Dec. 7, 2007, ratification of a major amendment and extension to its collective bargaining agreement that provides NJA pilots with career opportunities and a quality of life that are unmatched in the industry.
