Owner Benefits
At NetJets, our concern for our Owners’ well-being doesn’t end when the flight does. Through collaborations with some of the world’s most prestigious service providers, NetJets also offers exclusive Owner benefits in areas that are core to your overall travel experience and
well-being.

Mayo Clinic Executive Travel Response
We know it can be overwhelming to unexpectedly need medical attention when you’re away from home – even more so when you’re traveling abroad. Overcoming language barriers, finding a physician, hospital or medications can be at the least, cumbersome and time consuming, and at the worst, truly dangerous.

That is why we’ve collaborated with Mayo Clinic to develop Mayo Clinic Executive Travel Response, giving our Owners1 access to world-class medical expertise while they are traveling on our aircraft2 - or anywhere else they happen to be worldwide. And NetJets is the only company in the fractional jet industry that offers this special relationship.

In-flight services
  • Direct Communication with Mayo Clinic – In the event of an in-flight medical problem, NetJets flight crews3 will use a dedicated telephone number to connect with Mayo Clinic. They will speak with critical care nurses and doctors who are available to provide comprehensive medical support and to make diversion recommendations if they determine it is essential to treat the patient on the ground.
  • Ground Assistance Coordination – When necessary, Mayo Clinic will help arrange medical assistance utilizing local emergency services that may even meet the plane when it lands.
On-board equipment and crew training
  • Comprehensive Crew Training – All NetJets flight crews3 receive comprehensive training in the use of Mayo Clinic-designed emergency medical kits and supplies.
  • State-of-the-Art Equipment – The kits, together with descriptive manuals, emergency oxygen, and automatic external defibrillators, supplement the training our crews receive, and are aboard every NetJets aircraft.2

PennVet VIP
Even best friends are treated like Owners

Veterinary care for your companion animal no matter where you are.

We recognize that many Owners travel with their pets and value them as family members. That is why NetJets and the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine have created the PennVet VIP program – to provide quality veterinary care for companion animals anywhere in the United States.

Through the Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, U.S. Owners can access experts at a 24-hour response center, who will advise you how to address your pet’s medical condition.

The PennVet VIP program covers dogs, cats, and special species and is available as a resource for:
  • Emergency veterinary advice and referrals
  • General veterinary advice
  • Scheduling veterinary exams including one complimentary “wellness” appointment per year for each pet
  • Assistance in securing second opinions
  • Information on vaccinations
  • Contact information for local veterinary hospitals and specialists when you are traveling
  • Consultations with your veterinarian
About the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine
One component of the School of Veterinary Medicine is the Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital. With 130 veterinarians and more than 100 nurses, the Hospital is one of the most advanced companion-animal teaching hospitals in the world. The Hospital’s Emergency Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is staffed by board-certified specialists trained in critical care. As an advanced trauma and diagnostic center, the service functions like a human emergency unit. The University of Pennsylvania is considered the birthplace of veterinary critical care medicine as well as many other veterinary medical specialties.

In addition to the Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital, the School maintains the George D. Widener Hospital for Large Animals at New Bolton Center in Kennett Square, PA. In the sciences, the School has led the way in areas such as infectious disease research, germ cell biology, animal transgenesis, comparative oncology, and comparative medical genetics.

All Owners from Europe or the Middle East exchanging to a U.S. NetJets aircraft2  are covered by Mayo Clinic in-flight services.
