Since 2017, NetJets’ partnership with the Paris Panthers has connected a dynamic team of elite show jumpers with the world’s most iconic cities. We’re proud to fuel the electric atmosphere of the Global Champions League through this spectacular team, and we look forward to giving our Owners access to the same exclusive experience.

The Paris Panthers are an elite show jumping team of six world-class athletes competing together in the Global Champions League. With collective experience spanning Olympic Games, Nations Cups, World Cups, and European and World Championships, the Paris Panthers compete fiercely at stunning worldwide venues each year.

Meet the Team

Harrie Smolders
At a very young age, Harrie won several national titles in jumping, as well as in dressage and eventing. Harrie has since worked to build an international sporting career, competing in several European and World Championships, Olympic Games, and World Cup Finals. For more than 10 years, Harrie has been ranked among the top 25 riders in the world and is a former world No.1 on the Longines FEI World Ranking list.
Jennifer Gates
President of Evergate Stables, Jennifer is passionate about equestrian sports and competes internationally at the Grand Prix level. One of the United States’ top U25 Riders, Jennifer has multiple top 10 placings in some of the most prestigious equestrian competitions in the world and was the US Equestrian Federation’s Champion in 2017.
Pénélope Leprévost
Pénélope Leprévost had a passion for animals at a young age, and started riding ponies at the age of 3. She began a professional show jumping career in 2000, and won several French national championships, reaching the top level of competition with Jubilee d’Ouilly in 2008. Since then, Leprévost has gone on to achieve remarkable results on the international circuit.
Darragh Kenny
At 10 years old, Darragh started competing at the Junior European Championships and the Young Rider European Championships. While competing on the European circuit, he was an integral part of the Irish team that won the 2015 Nations Cup CSIO 5*. With multiple wins at this level, Darragh’s ultimate goal is to compete in the Olympic Games.
Gregory Wathelet
Gregory is the No.1 show jumping rider in Belgium, having held positions among the world’s top 30 for over a decade. He competes all over the world throughout the year. Gregory participated in the World Championship in 2006, the Olympic Games in London in 2012, the World Equestrian Games in Caen in 2014, and the European Championship in 2007, 2011, and 2015.
Nayel Nassar
Born in Chicago, Nayel rides for Egypt, his parents’ homeland. He first tried equestrian sports at age 5 and began jumping at 10. Nayel qualified for the FEI World Cup Finals in 2013, 2014, and 2017, and the FEI World Equestrian Games™ in 2014. Most recently, he competed at the Longines FEI World Cup™ Finals in Paris, and regularly competes on the international Grand Prix circuit.
