Starting with a Warm Welcome
We strive to provide memorable service to each and every Owner and guest on board every flight. For all passengers—including our youngest ones—this begins with a warm welcome from your crewmembers. Children may then be treated to a tour of the cockpit from the vantage point of the captain’s seat.
To help kids pass the time, flight attendants often distribute special snacks or toys, colored pencils and custom-designed coloring books, or even plush pillows and blankets for extra comfort during an onboard family movie night. We find this special attention to our Owners’ little ones helps keep the kids happy while the parents enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation.
If your family has favorite snacks, beverages, movies, and games, we’d love to hear from you. All your future flights will be stocked to your specific needs and preferences.
