We are seeking charismatic yet professional individuals with experience delivering elevated service in an upscale environment. Flight attendants must also embody the interests of NetJets Owners and fellow NetJets team members. Specifically, we are looking for individuals committed to the following:

Preferred experience
We are searching for candidates who have some of the education or service experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in hospitality management
- Culinary arts degree or certification
- Luxury 5-star hotel
- Private jet or yacht
- High-end concierge
- International or multicultural background
- First-class flying experience on an international airline

What should I expect if hired?
As a new hire at NetJets, every flight attendant begins in the same place.
New Hire Training- Basic training introduction at NetJets global headquarters in Columbus, Ohio—approximately 26 days
- This consists of, but is not limited to, company policy and procedures, fleet-specific training, hands-on service training, and emergency training
- After successfully completing training, flight attendants are released to begin initial operating experience (IOE) training with a large cabin instructor (LCI).

Job Variety and Flexibility
No two days are the same. NetJets flight attendants may fly virtually anywhere based on our Owners’ travel needs. NetJets flight attendants have many options in Crewmember bases across the U.S and may choose from several types of work schedules.

Working environment
- Flight attendants are responsible for leading emergency landing exit procedures, which includes lifting emergency doors and life rafts (up to 65 pounds).
- Owners bring baggage and cargo of various sizes and weights that are loaded by Crewmembers.
- Owners and passengers are permitted to smoke on board and may occasionally do so.
- Animals, including, but not limited to, dogs, cats, and birds, can and will be carried aboard the aircraft in the main cabin. Animals are not usually in cages meaning NetJets flight attendants have direct contact with animals (e.g., hair, feathers, dander).
- With few exceptions, the maximum required duty day is 14 hours. However, international travel and duty may require flight attendants to work beyond that.
- The minimum rest period is 10 hours with extended rest periods at the conclusion of certain international duty periods.
